Up and coming artist AUDREY NUNA is the definition of “swagger.” At a mere 20 years old, she has racked up over a million streams on Spotify, collaborated with Grammy nominated rapper Jack Harlow, and has a cool Instagram (she really can do it all.) The Korean artist is a genre bending aficionado, melding trap, R&B, rap, and hints of K-pop to create a unique sound we’ve never heard before.

“Damn Right” is a head-boppin’ jam that highlights Nuna’s signature sound. With simple production, her synth-like voice and quick lyrics hold the listener’s attention. Even if her rapping is too quick for your own replication, you're bound to feel like a badass if you listen to “damn Right” windows down and leaning back. And if you’re really feeling feisty, check out the “damn Right - part 2” remix featuring DJ Snake.

Nuna is unlike any other artist on the radar right now. Just by looking at her socials, you can tell she’s got her brand on lock. In a Billie Eilish-like fashion, her feed is curated but still has a relaxed feel. It's clean but still allows you to get to know the artist, their style, and what they bring to the industry. If you’re looking for brand inspiration, definitely check her out.

As a Korean artist, Nuna has also been very vocal about the increase in Asian targeted hate crimes in America and does a fantastic job sharing resources from Asian voices. Musicians Tip Jar stands with Nuna, Asian artists, and all Asian and Asian Americans who are affected by racism. As we respectfully mourn those who have lost their lives, we hope to continue to educate ourselves and uplift Asian voices in music and media.
